To ensure that all market vendors follow producer-only market  policy, all NEW Vendors must be approved. Please use an electronic form on this page to submit your initial market application electronically or you can also download a PDF form below to be mailed to us.

 
Please note that we require $25 Screening Fee to be submitted at the time of application.
This fee is non-refundable and will not be applied
towards membership, if approved. 

All Vendors agree to follow the Menomonie Farmers Market Rules

All fees are non-refundable. New Vendor Forms will be processed immediately, and applicants will be contacted by phone or email if additional information is needed. Membership is subject to approval and terms of Menomonie Farmers Market. Once approved, a Seasonal Application will be provided. Incomplete Applications will not be accepted.
